This is the first Brew Day for this micro Brewery that I built.
I build a small Brewery in order to experiment new recipes and just make my Brew days much frequently experimenting little batches.
Since I’m starting to get into sour beers I saw that this is amazing opportunity to run the first batch on the microbrewery.
I received her own friend a blend of Saison Brett and lactobacillus mixture.
